Electricity shut-off notice: help Roman pay $700
Help Roman cover an overdue electricity bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $700. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
