Electricity shut-off notice: help Óscar pay $250
Óscar is behind on electricity bills after August's medical emergency and needs $250 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $250. I have never been late before August's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
