Electricity shut-off notice: help Nhân pay $150

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Nhân's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $150 goes: • Heating arrears: $55 • Reconnection and late fees: $25 • Down payment on a payment plan: $70 Every share and every dollar helps.
