Electricity shut-off notice: help Lotte pay $450

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $450. I have never been late before losing my job in November.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
