Electricity shut-off notice: help Kemi pay $100

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in May. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
