Electricity shut-off notice: help Karina pay $200

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Karina received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Karina called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Karina is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
