Electricity shut-off notice: help Gerardo pay $850
Gerardo is behind on electricity bills after losing my job in April and needs $850 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Gerardo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in April.
Gerardo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $150 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Gerardo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Gerardo's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
