Electricity shut-off notice: help Gabriel pay $200
Gabriel is behind on electricity bills after losing my job in July and needs $200 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $200. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Gabriel's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $200 goes:
• Gas arrears: $100
• Reconnection and late fees: $35
• Down payment on a payment plan: $65
