The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $150. I have never been late before May's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
