Faruk is behind on electricity bills after a reduction in hours and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Faruk received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $750 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Faruk called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Faruk is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
