The electricity account is 2 months behind. Ezra received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Ezra called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $165 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
