Electricity shut-off notice: help Craig pay $500
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Craig needs $500 before January.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless I pay $500. I have never been late before October's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
