Electricity shut-off notice: help Cameron pay $700

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $700. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $135 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
