Electricity shut-off notice: help Anum pay $50
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Anum needs $50 before October.

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $50. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Heating arrears: $30
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $5
