Electricity shut-off notice: help Andreas pay $700
Andreas is behind on electricity bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Andreas received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $700 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Andreas called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Andreas is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
