Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Wekesa pay $150

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $150. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
