Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Wambui pay $150

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Wambui received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Wambui called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Wambui is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
