Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Sohel pay $100
Sohel is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Sohel received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Sohel called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Sohel is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Gas arrears: $75
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $5
