Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Sharmin pay $100
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Sharmin needs $100 before April.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Sharmin received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Sharmin called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Sharmin is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
