Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Saad pay $100

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in March. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Saad's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
