Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Ryszard pay $350
Ryszard is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $350 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $350. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Gas arrears: $280
• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $45
