Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Njoroge pay $100

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before June's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
