Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Marco pay $700
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Marco needs $700 before February.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Marco received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $700 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Marco called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Marco is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Marco's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
