Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Manuel pay $750
Manuel is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in July and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Manuel received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $750 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in July.
Manuel called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $190 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Manuel is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
