Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Ludwig pay $600

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $600. I have never been late before November's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
