Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Ishara pay $100
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Ishara needs $100 before May.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Ishara received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in February.
Ishara called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Ishara is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Gas arrears: $40
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $30
