Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Gunawan pay $100
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Gunawan needs $100 before November.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $100. I have never been late before August's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Gunawan.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. electricity arrears is the biggest at $60.
