Help Eduardo cover an overdue electricity and water bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Eduardo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $250 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Eduardo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Eduardo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $65
