Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Divya pay $800
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Divya needs $800 before October.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Divya received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $800 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Divya called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Divya is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
