Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Brandon pay $150

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
