Eko needs a cochlear implant processor upgrade - help us make it happen
A cochlear implant processor upgrade would give Eko independence - we're $100 away.

Eko lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Medan General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Eko could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $100 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• Fitting and training sessions: $35
• First-year servicing plan: $40
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
