Dwarka landslide relief - the Millbrook settlement
Neighbors in the Millbrook settlement are rebuilding after the landslide; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The landslide hit the Millbrook settlement on 23 December. My home was one of 22 damaged, and 7 families are still in temporary shelter at the local school gym.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
Funds go to building materials, water purification supplies, bedding, and food for families still in shelters.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $280
• Clean water and purification supplies: $105
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $195
• Food parcels for displaced families: $180
• Tools and labor for repairs: $240
Thank you for reading my story.

Sending strength. Shared it with a few friends. After 24 years in logistics I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Love from Dortmund.
