I coordinate donations at Sycamore Refugee Centre in Rawalpindi. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Rawalpindi, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Sycamore Refugee Centre on Saturday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Sycamore Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thanks for sharing this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in New Orleans this morning. Love from New Orleans
Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I'll check back for the next update. Thinking of Rawalpindi
