I coordinate donations at Cedar Refugee Centre in Rio de Janeiro. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Rio de Janeiro, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Refugee Centre on Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thanks for sharing this, Felipe. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Kraków.
Hope it all works out. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. God bless.
Sending good thoughts, Felipe. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Mombasa so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Juazeiro do Norte.
