Donate a coat: Cristiane is collecting for 73 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Maple Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Maple Refugee Centre in Belo Horizonte. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Belo Horizonte, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Maple Refugee Centre on Friday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Maple Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
