Donate a coat: Anisur is collecting for 78 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Cedar Refugee Centre.
🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India1,784 views
I coordinate donations at Cedar Refugee Centre in Mumbai. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Mumbai, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Refugee Centre on Thursday between 10am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Glad we found this place.
