Don't let Yuki's family go through winter without gas

The gas account is 4 months behind. Yuki received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $600 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency. Yuki called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
