Don't let Yubraj's family go through the cold months without electricity

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Yubraj received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency. Yubraj called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Yubraj is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
