Don't let Yeshi's family go through the rainy season without water

The water account is 4 months behind. Yeshi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Yeshi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
