The gas account is 4 months behind. Ryan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in April.
Ryan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.

Hope things get better soon, Christian. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
