Don't let Rubel's family go through summer without heating
Rubel is behind on heating bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Water arrears: $60
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $10
