Don't let Riaan's family go through summer without heating
Help Riaan cover an overdue heating bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The heating account is 3 months behind. Riaan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Riaan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Riaan is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Heating arrears: $75
• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Polokwane!
Thank you. If you're in Polokwane I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Thanks, that means a lot.

Rooting for you, Siyabonga. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
