Don't let Ramesh's family go through winter without electricity

The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $1,000. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
