Don't let Qing's family go through the rainy season without water
Qing is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $750. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Qing's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
