Don't let Pauline's family go through winter without heating
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Pauline needs $150 before October.

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Heating arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $60
