Don't let Paul's family go through winter without electricity and water
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Paul needs $100 before July.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Paul received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before April's medical emergency.
Paul called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Paul is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
