Don't let Pablo's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Pablo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $400 is paid. He had never been late before December's medical emergency. Pablo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Pablo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
