Don't let Nina's family go through the cold months without water

The water account is 3 months behind. Nina received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $800 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in September. Nina called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Nina is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
