Don't let Murugan's family go through summer without heating

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $150. I have never been late before May's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe.
