Don't let Mana's family go through the cold months without gas

The gas account is 3 months behind. Mana received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Mana called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $95 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
